Sometimes you’re up late and can’t sleep…then you get hungry. And in those times, sometimes you start wanting junk food that is quick, but also satisfying. This is where the story of the sour cream blue cheese Mac and Cheese begins.

I couldn’t stop thinking about blue cheese or sour cream. No, I am not pregnant. I promise. I just really like food.

So, I got up, and decided to see about making this abomination – creation.

It was SO worth it. I had to share it with all of you.

I think next time I may fry up some bacon and add bacon crumbles to it!
