Raglans make up the basics of a unisex wardrobe – both boys and girls can wear them, and they’re as ubiquitous in closets as are t-shirts and jeans. So when Melissa at Bella Sunshine Designs was looking for someone to test this raglan pattern, I was happy to volunteer. It turns out that the release was to coincide with the 2-year-birthday of the pattern company.
ABOUT THE REAGAN RAGLAN
The Reagan Raglan comes in both children’s and adult sizing. Children’s sizing for the Reagan Raglan runs from size 6 months through size 12. Ladies’ sizing for the Reagan Raglan runs from sizes 0-20 with bust adjustments. The patterns are $5.00 each, unless you are a member of the Bella Sunshine Designs Facebook group.
The pattern has a v-neck, and options for long or short sleeves with sleeve band and shirt, tunic, or dress lengths. I tested the long-sleeve dress-length version in size 6 months width and 2 length.
The nice thing is that this is a pretty quick sew. The dog fabric I used is from JoAnn’s fabric and the red with with stars fabric is Stenzo jersey from Mabel Madison.
